ClearTrace — Skin Health Tracking App
By downloading, installing, or using the ClearTrace application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between individual software developer Onurcan Oğul ("Developer") and the App user ("User" or "You").
ClearTrace is a mobile application that helps users track their skin health. Services offered include:
You must create an account to use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access or a security breach.
You can sign in with email/password, Google account, or Apple account. We recommend not sharing your login credentials with third parties.

Pro subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to enjoy Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
By using the App, you agree to the following rules:
Violation of these rules may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
The ClearTrace application, its design, logo, source code, algorithms, and all related intellectual property rights belong to the Developer. The App is licensed to you for use; no ownership transfer is made.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and data you enter. You grant us a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing our service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Correlation analysis results are based on statistical relationships and do not constitute proof of causation. The analysis engine requires a minimum of 14 data points and applies a statistical significance filter (p < 0.05).
We continuously work to improve our AI models, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of analysis results.
We cannot guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or errors. Service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance whenever possible.
The Developer cannot be held responsible for certain features being temporarily unavailable due to outages or changes in third-party services (Firebase, AWS, OpenAI, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or reputational damage).
The Developer's total liability in any case is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the relevant event.
This limitation applies subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by emailing privacy@clear-trace.app. Account deletion is irreversible; all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Developer may suspend or terminate your account with prior notice, or without notice in urgent cases.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. When significant changes are made, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification and/or email.
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.
Users residing in the European Union have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Mandatory provisions regarding consumers' legal rights are reserved.
The Developer shall not be held liable for inability to provide the service due to natural disasters, war, pandemic, government decisions, internet infrastructure issues, or other events beyond our control.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
